Minuet software on NAM

I installed an new harddrie into my NAM that was runningat 2.20 level software. Currently working at 4.0 level. I have a 2 port nam on copper that has 4 channels. I installed the ACD and no am having all sorts of issues with the system locking up. Customer having to reboot at least every other day. When I check the applications for mins and max channels I have NstrVM with 4 channels max and 0 channel min, ACD voice 2 min and 2 max, ACD applications 2 min and 2 max, Access server with 2 min and 2 max and another ACD voice with 2 min and 2 max. Has any one encountered this before and is there a fix. I can get a monitor and keyboard if I have to and reset it, but have never done that. Any help or suggestions?

minuet is a freebie software ... but it works fine for basic ACDs
verify that the minuet version is compatible with NAM access version 4.0.04C was buggy and E took care of many issues
