Minuet problem

We swapped some trunk card to CLID cards last night in a MICS last night and today the ACD is not working. My tech performed a graceful shutdown of the NAM before swapping cards and then powered down and rebooted. This morning the customer claims ACD is not working. I have dialed in through NRU and can get into a F920 session, but F901, F921 say ACD INACTIVE. I don't know what to troubleshoot. The ACD was installed by others and I have only a cursory working knowledge of Minuet. Any insight would be helpful.

First do an XFTEST to determine if the ACD codes are active or not. If not active clear the codes, shut down the NAM and reboot.

From my experience, whenever a NAM is rebooted, the Minuet (if equipped) defaults to the night routing mode. This may be a good place to start. I think you need to manually set the ACD to day mode in feature 920 (from memory). If it isn't there, check feature **xftest to see what other feature codes are available.
 
Just to update, the solution was found when it was discovered that the designated backup set was unplugged. The Minuet sees this as a major problem and does not allow the application to open. If you change the backup set to a valid DN, and reboot, all is A-OK.
