Minuet 1.22 (need help?)

Hello, I have a customer who has Minuet 1.22. It's on a NAM 4.04. Everything has worked fine for quite some time. We're trying to add additional agents to a group. Currently there are two groups with 6 agents in each group. We go in a build a agent and all is fine. We then click YES to add the agent to a group. It seems to take, but when we go back in.. it's changed back to NO and is NOT in the group. The new agent is there, but it's not in a group. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks....

I'd like to make the heading bold. It's easier to see if it's in BOLD. Is there a way to edit my post and get the heading in BOLD?
