The DSS Status key is supposed to flash quickly 150ms cycle when call forward is active on the target set

This holds true if the forwarding is set manually from the phone using any of the following:
[ul]
[li]Feature access code[/li]
[li]Superkey[/li]
[li]Call Forward Profile[/li]
[/ul]

However, if the forwarding is activated and/or cancelled via the ESM Call Forward Profile form, the DSS key status will not change.

Question KwbMitel,
What if you program it via ESM and set as enabled, then turn off and back on via set?
Does the status change then?

If you set it via ESM the status does not change to flashing

Doesn't matter how you turn it off as there is no status to change

If programmed forward via ESM but set as off, go to the set and turn the forwarding, still no update?
If not, is the COS set to have the prime line flash on call forward?

It is the method of activating/deactivating that matters

Destination defined by ESM but activated via phone will update the status
