Minor alarm 799 3

Customer has a BCM400 4.0. They are getting alarm 799 which is an ISDN call processing error. Intermittently when a caller calls their main number they either get a busy signal or an operator message. The carrier cannot find any issues which is normal here. Any more info on this alarm?

BCM.R400.SU.System.018-200901 which contains 248-CORE-UTPS, sites with a PRI may experience increased ISDN
call processing errors with eventid 799

SYMPTOMS: Incoming DID calls to the PRI may result in unexpected busy signals. System may also display increased
IDSN call processing errors with eventid 799
WORKAROUND: Contact Nortel Support to obtain beta update BCM.R400.261-CORE
STATUS: Corrective content available as Beta update.
RECOMMENDATION: Until BCM.R400.261-CORE is generally available, please contact Nortel Technical Support
(NETS) organization and open a case if you believe you have a system with any of the symptoms above.

That exact bulletin is retired. It was an extract from the BCM top issues bulletin, which is changed quite regularly
