Minolta in Windows XP problem

Having trouble getting out Minolta Pageworks pro 20 printer to automatically print from the manual feed tray. Basically right now everyone has to get up and push a button before it will actually print. For some reason we didn't have this problem in Windows NT. Any suggestions?

Are you using the XP driver?
Is there a message at the printer before you press the button? Like "Load BP" or "Error"
You may have to reselect the BP in the application as well as the set up in Printer>Properties.
There are probably a number of changes in the Properties box between NT and XP.

It does have a message flashing. It says processing PCL. And waits or us to push the online button.
