Minolta GMS Laserjet Printer Overheating

Ok, my girlfriend just sent me an e-mail from her job stating that she *thinks* there printer was overheating. Below is what she told me.

"i was printing out about 20 pgs and it took like all the paper through it and it got stuck so i ripped it out and now it wont print"

She said it happened about 30 minutes ago.

What should I tell her

I would guess that there still are small pieces of paper stuck in the printer, enough to make the printer think it's still jammed.
