I have an office administrator who needs to be able to add / modify users. For example, if a user leaves, she needs to be able to disable the account. I do not want to give her admin rights so she could do anything else. Any suggestions on where I can find to do this? Search was not very helpful.
We are on 2003 Active Directory.
