Minimize to systray button

I would like to add an extra button to a form to minimize the app. to the system tray.
Does anyone know how to add a button left of the minimize button in the form title bar.

I could not try this yet, I don't have cbuilder installed in the office. I will have a look at it at home.

What I understand reading this faq is showing a close button on a toolwindow form.

What I need is a custom button, 4 buttons in a row.
1 minimize to system tray
2 minimize
3 maximize/restore
4 close
