Minimal Tcl installation

Hi,
I would like to create a minimal set of indispensable Tcl (8.4.6) files to allow tcl scripts to run on a Windows PC.
I started from wish84.exe and then, following the error messages, I copied the following files to a new folder:

wish84.exe
tk84.dll
tcl84.dll

Then in the folder containing my new folder I created a "lib" folder containing a "tcl8.4" folder in which I copied the init.tcl file.

Now I get this error message

"invalid command name tcl_findLibrary"

I looked for this routine and I found it in the "auto.tcl" file in the "lib\tcl8.4" folder of the Tcl distribution.

I then copied this file too in the new "lib\tcl8.4" folder that I created, but I keep getting the same error message.

Did anyone already build a minimal tcl installation? Is there anyone that can give me the right hint?
