Mini CallPilot and Option11c

Hello ...

I have connected new Mini Callpilot 150 to Option11c, when try to dial extension number the system replay with a message " you are not allowed to dial extension number"
I checked in the greeting table and there is no check to "disabling by DN"

Any Idea what must to do to solve this Issue ?
