Hi! Well, i downloaded home version (free) of Mindterm so I can play with Perl and practice Unix commands - however, I CAN'T open the jar file that puts an Applet on my desktop that is used for opening Mindterm. Its really baffling. At the college, Mindterm applet is on the desktops, all you have to do is pop open the applet - this takes you into Mindterm and you can use Perl and fun Unix stuff. Any one know what Im doing wrong? thanks for any suggestions.
