Is it possible to have Min/Max for incomming call control by the MBG or MiVoice Business?

The sip peer has a maximum setting
You can also reserver licenses for each peer

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Will it gave me the option to limit the number of call for each DID that I received?

For exemple I have 30 DID. I want some DID to be limited to 5 call max and the other to 10 calls. Is it possible?

No it will only set maximum calls on the whole trunk , not per DID

I dont know of a method of limiting calls per indial other than some sort of Loopback trunk config

for that you would need to specify system type ( physical or virtual ) and Base license pack (standalone or enterprise) as it will affect the available options

Its always best to start any post with as much information as possible so that we dont have to keep prying more information out .

9. Provide as much detail as you can. These details, no matter how small, may help someone suggest an appropriate solution to your problem.
Details such as product type, hardware/software revisions, how you are using the product, if everyone in the office is experiencing the issue,
is the problem intermittent, whatever the detail is will help.

I'm not so sure.

You can specify a DID in the Incoming Calls by SIP Peer form

If your DID is specified to a SIP peer with only 5 trunks available then I believe it will limit that DID.

Hey KWB

so if the trunk registration has 100 DID and 30 channels from the carrier
you then create
one sip peer for DID 1-99 with 25 channels
one sip peer for the Single DID with 5 channels

Then there is the question of outgoing ? - i suppose to guarantee 5 incoming you could leave the 5 channel registration out of the ARS routes so you have

one sip peer for DID 1-99 with 25 channels - also used for outgoing
one sip peer for the Single DID with 5 channels - incoming only

And that assumes that the carrier accepts the multiple registrations

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I do outbound restrictions all the time to limit my international dialing.

I create a separate peer specifically for that purpose.

I use ARS to choose which peer is used.

I've never tried to limit inbound but if the Inward dialling form does what it appears to do the theory is sound.
