Huh??

What do you mean that you can't access the domain that the users and computers exist in?? In what way can't you access it??

If you can't access the domain that the users and computers are currently in then you can't migrate them....

If there are no stupid questions, then what kind of questions do stupid people ask? Do they get smart just in time to ask questions?

Hi, and sorry for my bad explanation of my problem.
the users and computers reside in a "office hotel" and the are sharing server, etc with others companys. the have now decided to move out of that office in to a new one and will have there own servers.

If you can't use ADMT, then you're likely going to need to recreate the users and computers. You could, in theory, dump the users and computer to a .csv file, and import them on the new domain. But you're going to have to recreate all groups, passwords, permissions, etc.

thanks, i was almost certain that was the issue. a know how to export users to a .csv but i have also during this time read about some tools to help you with this issue. i guess i have to look into them a little bit more.
