I am currently running Groupwise 5.5 and am looking to deploy Exchange 2003. How good is that migration tool that comes with exchange. Will it get everything except what is archived? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

It's not perfect but it does work. If I recall correctly address books don't always migrate correctly.

I haven't done a real move in a while, but in the past moving from GroupWise 5.x to Exchange 2000 on small installations I had the best success doing the moves individually via IMAP4 - making local copies of all of the messages and folders using Outlook Express and IMAP4 from GroupWise and then pushing them up to the new account using IMAP4 into Exchange.
