Migration Tool to migrate WS 3.x to 4.x and 5.x

I stumbled across a company, Cacheon, Inc ( that has developed a tool that migrates your existing WS 3.x application to 4.X. Reviewing their white paper they claim to even move the EJB's all w/o writting code.

Has anyone heard about them and can they really do it? Any feedback would be extremely helpful, I am tired of doing this by hand.
