Migration to new server

Hi,
I'm looking at using migration wizard 6 to migrate from my existing NW5 server to a new server. My question is what do I need to do to make sure BorderManager is migrated over with the same settings, etc? Will the migration wizard do everything for me? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just be careful of your filters if your board names change.
