Migration to Exchange 2K Enterprise

The big hurdle for most people is Active Directory. If you already have AD up and running then the migration should go smoothly and Microsoft has an abundance of good (hard to believe but they are actually useful) articles that discuss the migration.

This is the nightmare you have always waited for. Microsoft seems to keep changing the prerequisites and requirements. I was sent to a E2k Admin class. Even the instructor has been unable to perform a clean upgrade, let alone anyone else in the class. Microsoft has created a two day course on performing this upgrade. I do not intend to even try it in production before I can get to the course.

I have taken an E2k Full course (MCT) offered by microsoft. After returning from the course I thought every thing will go fine. But things did not work great as microsoft said and I had to quickly revert back to Exchange 5.5. I will be looking out for someone who can give me this solution.
