Hey,
we are considering migrating an existing application to Pervasive.SQL. Our current application is written in RM/Cobol from Liant. I managed to easily migrate data schemes from the Cobol C-ISAM file structure to Pervasive SQL structure and to load the data: went rather ok.
My following concern is: how to migrate all those lines of code already developped during the years in RM/Cobol? I know there is kind of Btrieve accessibility to the Pervasive SQL files, but how does it work? I saw some technical papers for AccuCobol and Fujitsu Cobol on the Pervasive site, but I didn't find a thing about migrating RM/Cobol code. Any ideas? Experiences? to share.
Thxs.
