Migration problem 5.1->6.5

I'm about to migrate a 5.1 SP6 srv. to NW 6.5 SP3 srv.
I've read the docs about Migration Wizard 8.0 and prepared
the destination server accordingly.
However I can't see the new temporary tree on the new server.
I can't login to the temp. tree.

What could be wrong here ?

I ended up enabling IPX on both server and client.
Then I could run migration wiz.
