migration of WebSphere 5.1 to WebSphere 6.0

I have a few applications that are running on WebSphere 5.1 running on J2EE 1.3 that will need to be migrated to WebSphere 6.0. running on J2EE 1.4. I have readed the documentation from IBM and Sun.

Has any of you done this and did it go well?
Are there any issues that I have to be aware of?
