Migration of sun5.6 to sun5.6

Hi all... pls help me...

I am new to this field and i have a task assigned to me.I have a web server running on sun5.6 in one location.It has to be migrated to an other sun machine in a different location.It will be a mirror image.I would like to know how should i plan for this and what all i have to take care to do this.Pls let me know the step by step procedure for which i will be very thankful.
