Hi All,
I'm trying to perform a copy of a database to a new server using the SQL management object method so that the source can be kept online while we test if the copy was successful.
When copying we get the error this attached to this post.

I'm moving the database from an old Server 2003 box running SQL 2008R2 over to a new Server 2012 VM running SQL 2012.
I've tried copying from source to destination and also tried setting up the copy job on the destination server to pull the data across, however on both tries I get the same error

I'm not a sql engineer and have been tasked with simply moving the DB so any input from someone in the know is welcomed! I've done DB copies in the past without any hassle.

Thanks,
Craig
