Migration of Portal from one domain to another

Does anyone know what is the most seamless way of changing portal domains?

E.g. Portal Site is on DomainA so the admin account is 'DomainA\AdminA' but we want to change it to DomainB and have admin be 'DomainB\AdminB'.

Exactly what changes have to be made so that when the domain is changed, permissions, etc. are identical ?

The server hosting SPS remains the same and we are running the services under that admin account, all users are under DomainB\<userName> and DomainC\<userName>.

AvePoint is pretty good with their Migrator. It's seamless migration and compatibility between sharepoint portal servers and is pretty reasonable. It also saves all of the data for you during the migration. you can look it up at avepoint.com. or google it for information

Thx for your reply but I'm not changing servers, just domains.
