I need you rhelp on the following,Our small office has been bought by another company, and we are on the 192 subnet and they are on the 10 subnet, what is the best practice for the following
1) change internal Ip address from 192.168.0.0 to the 10.0.0.0.0
2) how do I migrate the AD ow is the best practice to migrate

Thanks a bunch for all your help on this

Unfortunately you haven't provided enough information in order to receive a valid response to your question.
First of all;

- How large is this company that bought you out? Do they have their own AD infrastructure already in place? How large is your environment?
You can setup a forest trust with them.. or build a new forest and collapse both your forests into it. (Some design considerations need to be taken into account)

- How are you planning to connect to this other company (Site-Site VPN, Dedicated network links like MPLS, LANic, Metro Ethernet)
- The fact that you have 192.168.x.x addresses and they have 10.x.x.x address indicate that these are private networks that are NATed behind firewalls that have a public IP address space therefore some network design it required as well

I would strongly recommend that you engage some external help or rely on the other company's IT team (assuming they are qualified) to help you with the planning.
