Hello,

Our company have a remote and main office. We are going to migrate the mail from remote to main ofice.
We are using exchange 2000 in main office.
Our remote use using a mail service provided bu ISP.
We decide to move the mailbox of remote from ISP to main office.

Our high level plan is try download all mail from ISP to remote users's mailbox.
Then redirect all mail of remote to main office.
Actually, i don't have such experience.
Can any one tell me more detail in step.

Environment:

remote user : mail1@remote.com
main office : mail2@mainoffice.com

What i have to do on the IPS side.
Also, for the exchange, how to hold more than domain and what i have to do in main office ISP for MX record.

Can anyone help?
Thanks a lot

Thanks first.

How about IPS side?
The mail1@remote.com domain name is owned by ISP.

What should i do to the ISP side.
What is the MX and A record for DNS?
How can i redirected all new coming mail transfer to @mainoffice.com.
