Migration from multiple IPO Prefered to one server edition

Hello,

I'm looking some information or procedure to migrate from SCN IP Offices to Server Edition with 1/2 external sites with local IPO as gateway.

I have a customer which is moving from multiple locations to one big site.
As this time it has 10 sites liked by SCN over VPNs.

Idea is setting a server edition on new site, move Voicemail Pro on that site, then move phones and user site after site, and reconfigure some IPO as gateways for ISDN access or backup on distant locations.

Questions I have is how do it flawless, with minimal cuts.
Version is R11.0 SP2 ( I know I will first migrate to R11.0 FP4 )

All ideas are welcome.
