migrating from CM3 on 8500B to MBT 5.2.1 with HA. normally on an upgrade the upgrade process would bring the XLN up to date. Can Ssyem Platform migrate teh old 3.1 translations or do i need to step upgrade thh 8500B to 5.2.1? can i do this without a license???? since ill be using PLDS to get license for new server....
