Migration from BackupExec to NetBackup Datacenter

We are going to migrate from BackupExec 8.6 to NetBackup Datacenter 4.5.

Does anyone have some advise for me?

A little more info
Someone from Veritas (in sales) told us that we could just use the NetBackup CD and install it on top of our Backexec server and that the server would be running NBU but with the old BE database and the old BE clients/agents

Is this true?

What we will try is to install NetBackup on a new server and when everything checks out fine we will try to import the BackupExec tapes and catalogs.

I will try to keep you informed.
