Migrating VM Lite to new PC

Is there an easy way to migrate VM Lite to a new machine without losing all the messages?

My feeling is to set up the new one, allow it to create all the accouts folders and then dump my existing server's accounts/messages data over the top.

I'm going to test it here but has anyone done this?

Install VMLite on the new PC.
Copy the COMPLETE directory with subdirectories from the old machine to the new machine (overwrite the new install).
When you run the program click run very fast.
If it doesn't create new mailboxes you did everything right
because the old accounts were already there.
