Migrating using the System Console

Hello,
I am working on a project which I am migrating a group from one server to another using the Symantec System Console.
I need to replicate the current Hierarchy to the new server.
Does anyone know the best way to accomplish this, and does the System Console have a migrate or import/export feature?
I am using version 6
