Just after some advice really .....

I have a written a VB program for accessing an Access database - the main table in this database has roughly 300,000 records and 25 fields. I am thinking of moving to SQL server anytime soon - does anyone think there will be enough of a performace benifit to justify the extra costs / development time for this small number of records or do you think Access will be able to handle it?

Thanks

:)
