Migrating To Service + from Peregrine ServiceCenter

Hi there all.

Sorry but this is a bit of a general query. Our company is looking at migrating from Peregrine ServiceCenter to CA ServicePlus and I just wanted to know if anyone out there has done this.

Can you give me a run down of the experiences, what was good, what went badly and what if anything you would do differently if you were to do it again.
