Migrating to New System

Hi,

I'm finally migrating from an old Nortel Meridian 1 and need to be able have the two systems somewhat mesh for a short period. I'm needing to know how to forward an extension to an external number without having to involve the end-user or their handset. Is there a way in the backend I can go in and say forward ext 1234 to 14051231234, etc. I have about 150 to do over the next few weeks.

Are the systems connected together? If the phone is no longer using the phone you out the phone and forward the number to the new system

I think you OUT the phone 1234. and then in
Ld 23 make ACD of 1234 and write 14051231234 at prompt NCFW. so do this procedure for all 150. Might work for you
