migrating to 2K

I'm considering migrating our current environment to w2k. Currently running Novell 4X and NT 4.0 PDC with NT Member server running exchange. What would be the best way ? I'm looking at reducing administrative time and headaches with NT along with reducing overall costs.

Has anyone migrated NT and NOvell to w2K? Suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks.
