Migrating to 2007 from 2k3 questions 2

ok, so if my OS for 2k3 is 32 bit, i'll need to get a 2nd server and install a 64bit OS on it to install right?


does blackberry enterprise server work w/ 2k7?


what is a good guide for some one who hasnt touched exchange in years to catch up... i got my mcse in win2k days and i got promoted since then so i am used to having my sys admins do this.... i'm down an admin so i'm helping out in the trenches now.
