Migrating SQR reports & configuration to another system?

We have developed a series of SQR reports that we would like to deploy to a number of customer sites. The problem is, it takes approx 8hrs per site to configure all of the reports in the Job Publisher. We've tried to backup the DB tablespace & tweak the host-specific data without success.
Is there any way (method or utility) to easily and quickly copy the report configuration from one system to another?

This system is running:
Windows 2000 Server
Brio Performance Suite 8.1.2
Oracle 9i
jdk 1.3.1_01
jdk 1.4.2_04
