Migrating Sendmail To exchange.

Help!

I'm trying to migrate from Sendmail running on a Solaris box to Exchange 5.5 sp4 running on an NT 4.0 sp6a box. MY questions are: 1) which is the least “painful” way to migrate all the user mailboxes from Sendmail to Exchange? (2) Once all the users’ mailboxes have been moved to exchange, how can I get all email to go to the exchange box instead of the Unix box?
Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
