MIgrating qmail to exchange

We are moving from qmail to exchange 2007. I am looking for a way to have users email transfered from qmail to exchange.

I have tried a few hacked ways such as useing an email client to pull down a users mail and them push it back up to exchange.

Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
