We're implementing ReportNet reports and PowerPlay cubes/reports in Cognos Connection. I know we can use ReportNet's deployment tool to migrate folders, reports, etc from one environment to another. However, the PowerPlay models and cubes have to be manually migrated and refreshed. My question is, do the PowerPlay reports need to be recreated or will they automatically work if the cube names remain the same? Thanks!

Migrating PowerPlay Reports to Production

if the cube names remain the same, and the dimensions/measures re unchanged then everything should be fine. you may need to 'point' the reports at the new cube location if it's different. you can do this by selecting the tick box 'prompt for location' before openinf a report.
