hi all;
in the early stages of getting ready to move off our old Octel 200, and wondered if anyone had any experience in going to MM with as little pain as possible - ie. are we able to have the same interface and move across our names and greetings, plus messages?

Thanks.

I did this a couple of times to the CallXpress from AVST.
The only data we could re-use was the users name and mailbox number.
Greeting and names must be re-recorded, as it is now mostly vaw files.

I work for a company (CommonVoices.com) that is able to preserve all the greetings, names, messages, and ECP call trees from old Octel systems when companies are moving to next-gen (IP based) systems. Don't know if we've ever done it to MM though. Won't Avaya help with the migration?
