Migrating MM 5.2 to Corp Domain

I've got a customer who wants to move his MM (2 MAS's with MSS backend) to their corporate Windows domain. There are procedures for this in the MM 5.2 install manual.

Has anyone done this? How did it go? Are there any surprises or gotchas that I should know about?

it is not that bad as long as the customer does not lock-down the user accounts to tight on the corp domain.

Why do they want to do this ? Just FYI the MSS mm runs great because it is in its own domain as soon as you move it you will be under the thumb of the client network admin and policies and will run into issues all of the time if they do not know what they are doing.
