Migrating LCS 2003

I'm going to be migrating an LCS 2003 install in a couple of weeks to a new server. The company has the original media but has lost track of the license keys during the last three years.

What would you suggest would be the best way to migrate an LCS deployment in this situation? Are global settings easily exportable and importable? I'm not prepared to architect a fresh deploy of LCS 2007 at this point if they are forced to re-purchase.
