Migrating Impromptu 7.4 reports and catalogs to Cognos 8.4

Dear,

I have problems with migrating Impromptu reports from Version 7.4 to Cognos 8.4.

The first to steps went succesfully but the last step is little bitt difficult.

The first two step were "impcat2xml" and "migratetoc8".

The command "migratetoc8" created a foldername i.e.timestamp.computer_name.migratetoc8

I know that i need to use the command "Deploytoc8 --source location --target location --user user_id --password user_password" but it results in next errormessage:
