Migrating from SCCP to MGCP-Help needed

I need to remove SCCP from a voice gateway 224 and reconfigure it as MGCP. I`ve deleted references to SCCP but the voice port are still SCCP . What is the best way to remove SCCP and so re-configure the GW as MGCP. Is it easier to erase Start up ?

If I understand what you mean then what you need to do is remove the SCCP config (and gateway) from the CallManager and add it again as MGCP. The configs of each DN should remain so you don't need to input everything again.

I have done this before without any trouble.
