Hi. I'm new here. I've been helping out a friend who runs her own business. She has a Windows 98 SE PC that is horrible out dated. She hired me to help her transfer all of her PeachTree files to her new WinXP PC. Rather than backing up and just restoring on the new PC, I transfered what I thought were all of the necessary files. Now, she gets the following error message:

Unable to load c:\...\peachtl\dzip32.dll

Is this something I can correct by just copying all of the files from that directory over to the new PC?

Are there any further problems anyone can foresee?

Thanks for your help

Select all the files in the company folder and change them so they are not read only. Right click one of the highlighted files and select properties then take the checkmark out of read only.

You should then be able to open the company
