Migrating from Innovation Elite to Cisco Unity Voicemail and need to Find a feature 1

Our old voicemail system had a menu feature where you could enter a sequence of extension numbers pompts in order from 1 through 9. We will be rolling out Cisco Unity Voicemail as a replacement. Is there a similar feature in unity voicemail, and if so, what am I looking for?

You can do it 2 ways. System Call Handler, or an actual Mailbox. I suggest the call handler personally. You are then specifically looking for Caller Input. That is your menu.
