Migrating from hosted (hosgator.com) SBS2008

We are migrating from a hosted solutions about 5 users. All the users email addresses are the same as there domain usernames. What is the easy way to migrate the PST files into exchange? I’m OK on changing the records. But setting up the send receive connectors or running thru wizard on the exchange side is what I’m concerned about.

To add to this.. The 5 users email all sych back to the hosted solutions individualy not thru the exchange pop3 connector.

Trying to avoid having multiple email profiles for each user.
