Migrating exch. 5.5 to Exch. 2K from different Domain

Hello,

I am trying to migrate (NT 4.0) Exchange 5.5 to (Win2K) Exch 2K in a totally different Domain

I need to Migrate or Export Users mailbox, calendering, Address book, Exchange 5.5 to a writable CD, because its in a different area.

And
Then import it to an Exchange 2K server.

Can anyone have any information on How specifically to this?
or can this be done this way?
