Migrating DNS from windows 2000 to Windows 2003

Hi to all...
We are planning to migrate our existing Windows 2000 Based DNS server to Windows 2003 and Windows 2000 based DHCP server to windows 2003,Could someone help me or provide me a link/whitepaper with the step by step procedure on how to implement this migration...
(We will be using a new machine for the new windows 2003 servers)

Read carefully, you need to modify the registry. You might want to think twice before the migration. Good luck.
